First of all he is shooting me though the tree I'm on a open yes yet he is killing me thorough the tree. plus people get killed from behind and POV and it still gets accepted so how does this forum not i sitll want the POV of him

Evidence is cropped or edited (must be 1 minute+(exceptions might be, when you can understand the whole situation for less than 1 min));

For me it is not understandable what is suspicious to request here and i tell you that in the thread.

The complaint is not in the form of a complaint;

You dont say what you complaint about in a short manner. Its a complaint section, not a request section. You complaint about something suspicious you want claification on, then the administrator requests a POV.

As reason for the POV request you state "I Wanna See FULL POV". Thats not a reason to request a POV.
"I want to see if he started in Zone" would be one. Or "I want to see how I died".

So what exactly should I be looking for? You give 3 seconds showing absolutely nothing suspicious. All tracers are clear where shots are coming from. The area is accessible. You are in the open and you can even see the people shooting at you. Nobody bugs, glitches or does anything suspicious. You are behind no object for possible desync. "He is killing me through the tree"? Thats beside the very small base not a solid object and the tracers are clear, so the shots are not hitting a solid object.

So what am I requesting? Full Event POV, if so, for what reason does he need to show up to 10min+ pov (which takes a full day in some countries)? Or are you just interested in the Kill? Or are you looking for something specific?

Just file a new thread and clearly state what you want and why you want it - or show it in the POV so its understandable. Dont just request to target a request on someone, because then the request (and the reviewing) will lead to nothing.

I have never had to say any of the "I want see how I died" every time I've asked for pov and it gets accepted if I do that or not i ask for his pov admin reviews. When did you review it? Plus its not a target. I Clearly say full pov I'm looking for cheats hitbox etc. the area is accessible that's not what I'm asking for either, I know its not desync unless he has insane aim I can pov request that not see where he killed me from the guy I hit 50 would be behind gas station so I wanna know where I died from and it is not my problem how long it takes to upload POV I just wanna see how I died Almost everything you state in this forum is nothing what I was talking about. And How do you reject it if you never reviewed it?

I explained very well above why I rejected it. I even showed you the ruleset. I also explained you what would be the best to do now to get his POV, which you should do since the 48h are about to run out while you post in this thread.

If you think someone is cheating the best way to report him would be to contact a PC Checker to look into it, instead of a random POV Request.

Reasons all given above and very broadly explained. Ill try again: For a full pov request i wanted to understand why you need the full POV. You gave a non suspicious 3 second video and no reason to complaint about. So I can reject it, what I did. I even showed you the rule.

Its nothing against you, normally you just reopen the thread and give the admin who rejected it with a reason what he needs to review it. I this case it would have been easy to just give a reason to request.

If I were you I would just open a new complaint thread with the pov you gave and a reason, so someone can still request the pov in the 48h that are running out in 14 Minutes. Thats exactly what I advised you above to still get the POV.
