Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Accept this report.
ID 95701 will receive a punishment for General Rule 6.23
and id 76971 already got his punishment for same situation
However Id 108966 will receive punishment for PG (at time stamp 1.42 you patch other person while holding a gun )​
