2.1 Passion for Gang RP:
I have a deep passion for gang roleplay, and Families is one of my favorite gangs.I always Love To play as a Gang member so I am applying for the Leadership.
2.2 Strong Leadership Skills:
With experience as an underdeputy in various gangs and a previous role as a deputy, I possess strong leadership skills. I am confident in my ability to lead and provide opportunities for all members to thrive within the organization
2.3 Excellent Communication skills:
Currently as a underdeputy of Blood Street gang mostly I negotiate for the hostage. I lead the gang in many events. So I think My excellent communication skills make me well-suited to lead Families
2.4 Roleplay Enhancement:
As a Leader of Families, I will increase the roleplay by doing multiple situations. Like we will do Store Robbery, Hostage situation, FZ Raid etc. We will increase the RP by following the city rules.
3. Advice for Roleplay Improvement:
3.1 Ensuring Gang Activity:
As a leader, I will ensure that Families actively participates in all events, engaging in various situations such as store robberies and hostage scenarios to elevate the overall roleplay experience.
3.2 Focus on newcomers:
Mostly the gang members who are new in the city and not aware of city rules breaks rules oftenly. So I will prioritize their training to ensure they understand and adhere to city rules, fostering fair play within the gang.
3.3 Rules and Actions:
I will ensure that Families is not breaking any city rules. I will be taking necessary actions against any members found violating these rules to maintain a positive reputation for the gang.
3.4 Aiming for 100% Turf:
I will try to achieve the 100% turf and I will give rewards to who will help me to get 100% turf.
3.5 Ghetto Presence:
I will actively make Families a formidable presence in the ghetto. I will make Families Active in Ghetto so people fear to enter the ghetto and fear the name of families gang.
