2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
I want to be the leader of vagos beacause i have enough experience in all gangs like Ballas , Bloods , Families And Vagos .. I was ex deputy in Bloods And Ballas overall i spend a good time in gangs i gives time to know about the gangs in los santos .. What they do and how the gang works and now i know about the gangs i know every rules in gangs and every events and i m also a turfer so basically i know about gangs and my first gang i join in the city is vagos i spend 3-4 term in Vagos and vagos is my most fav org in the city my first love in city. Now in my opinion i m able to handle a Gang like Vagos . If i got vagos leadership by chance i will give my everything to my gang and i will try to give my best for my gang i will always try to improve my gang and i also can handle the gang events like FZ raid , Highway robbery, ghetto claping , hostage situation , store robbery , gun store robbery and others. I m also good in negotiations with the leos in Hostage situation and there are many situations in gangs and i can handle the situation at any cost as a leader and I always talk properly and with respect with my gang members i mean my teammates and i almost completed all of the events in gangs and i also make more active Turf.. By the way i have a best turfer team with me there 8 experienced player with me they will complete 100% of turf for my gang and last i want to say as leader you need so many skills to become leader like one of the skills you need to be leader is communication and I’m really a communication person and that’s why I think I’ve got what it takes to be leader . Thats it...

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1.As a leader ill say to my gang members that try to use proper RP And good communication among all members.
2.As a leader i will be more active in city i will complete all gang events patiently and perfectly .
3:As a leader after all events who attend the events i will give them a very good and perfect bonus and also i will give them extra bonus from my side.
4.I will choose my 4 deputies perfectly , i will choose most experienced and most active deputies if he random or my friend .
5.I will hire best High commands who will handle all the events in the absence of me.
My Goals are :
100% Turf
Finishing my term without any org punishment
Providing good bonuse
