2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organisation? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1. I've lived in the city for a long time and have worked with different types of organizations, legal and criminal, but gangs have always been my strength and priority. I work with some of the best leaders our city has ever seen, and I've learned a lot from them. I've seen people struggle to run gangs, and I've seen groups disband because the leader wasn't performing well, but I'll do my best to govern this gang. I believe I have many excellent leadership qualities that I can put to use as a leader.

In recent terms of families, I have seen that families has been the weakest and most inactive gang in the city, and I want to change that by having deputies and HCs from different time zones who make sure there are no rule breaks and whenever the gang has nothing to do, they take them to ghetto to rob and have fun roleplaying.
3. Furthermore, I aim to give players an unforgettable RP experience by providing fair opportunities for activities like robberies, store robberies, or initiating certain events. I will also help new players by guiding them so that they can progress and learn about the city's existing activities.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
-> Regularly committing robberies in the ghetto/highway without breaking a single rule.
-> Completing the turf without rule violations
-> Attacking the Gun Store/Store Robbery/Hostage Situation, and gaining RP by negotiating with LEOs
-> Taking out the Ammo Run Trucks (Knowing the Info. ICly).
-> Assisting newcomers in achieving their objectives and in learning all of the rules
-> Participating in every event, such as Clandestine, Battleship, and Defending BM Raid.
-> Hiring people for Graffiti, And doing actively.
