The person who complained about me here first hit me with his car and pushed me off the bench, then cried when I killed him, and the admin punished me with a 37-second video, he did not comply with the clearly written 1 minute rule. But this man of course didn't include those parts because he knew he was guilty.
The administrator has the right to refuse to consider the complaint if:
If the RP had not started when the man provoked me, I would not have shot him. If you are punishing me, you should also punish him for provocation. Why would I shoot someone at a vehicle modification center for no reason? There hasn't been a single complaint about me before.
Important: (If you punish such videos, this will lead to the method of first provoking others and then cutting the video so that someone gets punished.)
The administrator has the right to refuse to consider the complaint if:
- The complaint is not in the form of a complaint;
- Evidence is cropped or edited (must be 1 minute+(exceptions might be, when you can understand the whole situation for less than 1 min));
- Evidence uploaded to other sources;
- 2 days passed after a violation;
- The complaint contains insults, impertinence or inadequacy;
- The complaint is filed by a person who is not related to the situation. (POV must be personally made by person who is involved in situation);
