Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
I was once the leader of Los Santos Vagos in the first time I have my Orga through the first term and that with performance at 2 times went off to the Ballas leadership where I had the goal to build stronger and better me what I have tried the 25 days and had managed in the time with 31 areas and an average online number of member +40
we were the gang with the most cland earnings but a bad submarine count so now I would want to take over Vagos again and make the best out of the 3 tries then and fill my goals:
100% Turf
All ammo and weapons over 100k
To reach terrorist level
Your advice for improving Roleplay level in organization.'
Each of our members will have a fixed role and tasks that they will have to work their way up to. The internal structures will be reorganised and the gang will be divided into several areas. Among other things, there will be fixed people who will take care of the planning of events such as a tuning meeting, box fights and much more. This way we can promote RP with both gangs and civilians. People who do not fulfil their obligations within the gang will be declared outlaws and if they run away they will be hunted down and publicly executed to set an example.1. Reallife Name: Jean

Each area in the gang will have a leader who is also the Second-OG, they are responsible for the communication between the areas so that everyone works together in the end.
My goal is to revitalise the gang, I want to do this by completely restructuring everything from the ranks to the divisions. We may not be the number one gang on the street, but when we come we want people to respect us.
The Los Santos Vagos will be divided into the following 4 areas:
Street
This is about pure presence on the street, whether it's spraying or a robbery, people should see that we have the ghetto under our control.
Shooter
Shooters are about controlling the gang areas.
They manage and control the turfs. They are also responsible for training
training new shooters, recruiting new skilled people and last but not least
last but not least, supporting the other areas with their experience
and strength.
Event
You are not a good marksman, but still want to become an important part of the Bloods? Then you might find your place here. This is where your planning talent is needed because you will be in charge of all events, including a tuning meeting with great prizes or a box fight to represent our gang.
EL Hermano
This is basically not a separate area but just the union of all these areas to fight together against the state or other superpowers, be it a theft of weapons, a raid on the military or a war between rival gangs. Together we are Los Santos Vagos.
