2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 I want to be leader of Vagos because i have a lot of experience in Vagos and other illegal orgs. I have previously been HC in Bloods, Underdeputy in Marabuntas and Vagos, as well as High command in Ballas. I believe that i have great experience and think i would be able to lead a gang and have hopefully 2 successful terms.
2.2 I believe that i will have a great term with some good moments and have some great people. I believe this because i have been in illegal orgs before and i have had great experiences with some great people. I believe that i would make sure that Vagos have a good reputation during and after my terms. I believe that i can bring the Vagos name back to life and show other gangs what we can really do.
2.3 I will make sure as leader we get lots of events done to show how active we are and can be. I will make sure that we get at least 3 FZ raids done a week as well as hostage situations, store robberies and Gun stores. I will make sure i get this done by having a great set of HCs to support and help with events. I will make sure that we have max numbers at both Cland and Battleships.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1 I will make sure that we are doing events and are always active to improve the RP by putting out the Vagos name and having a good time while doing it. I believe that this will improve the RP because it shows that we know when to be serious but when to have fun as well. This is important because we can get so many people in that gang its self and still have a good time.
3.2 I will make sure that we recruit people who know what they are doing to prevent us from org warnings. By doing this i will have a limit on HCs so that there is not to many but just enough to lead and show people who are less experience what to do. I will do this buy make sure that we dont recruit any one below the age of 10 IC to ensure that they have a rough idea of what they are doing.
3.3 I will make sure that people deserve the ranks they are being given. I will do this my making sure they are going to events, and spending time in city. I will make sure that HCs are not giving other people HC because they are in there family. I will make sure that everyone works for the rank they deserve. I believe that this improves RP by making people have something to work towards and look forward to. I will make sure that we are not to strict were people get bored and leave but we are strict enough to have fun.
My goals for my Vagos term:
1) I make sure we have max Spray profits hourly
2) I will make sure that we have people active at all times (Including HCs)
3) I will make sure people are having fun and are not arguing with any gang members.
4) I will make sure i have a great team of both Shooters and turfers.
5) I will make sure we win as many events as possible
