Life Story: Shisui was born in a very poor family and he doesn't have his parents and he lives alone because When shisui was 5 year old his both parents were taken by the police officers on the charges of killing and drug trafficking, they were taken to jail and that was the last time shisui saw his parents.Shisui was taken in by his aunt and he started living his life with his aunt in her house.When he started living his life with his aunt the neighbourhood that he is living in is full of Crap people and corrupt people and he make some friends that are in gang but his aunt notice that and she tries to take him away from those friends but he really liked those friends so he started meeting them without his aunt noticing, than his aunt thougt about a solution of moving from this neighboruhood. When Shisui turned 18 he entered the ranks of law enforcement, he was really sincere to his duty . One day his aunt told him the story about his parents that they were falsley accused and they were killed due to personal grudges.After listening to the story he was sad and depressed and then he came to know about corrupt officers where people do corruption. They don't do corruption infront of their officers and do corruption at back of them.After knowing about corruption it led him down a darker path.
Career Story:
Shisui started off as a police officer [Law Enforcement] in SAHP,he started from scratch his rank was Cadet then he worked really hard to become trooper. When he became trooper his goals became higher and higher he wanted to become Captain so he went to experienced Captains to teach him and help him out. He worked really hard on the advices that Captains gave him ,the High Commands notice his hard work and understood that he was capable of doing captain work and his mindset was really good and they gave him the captain rank. After thinking about leaving SAHP for months he decided to get some new experience in LSPD,due to his past experience in SAHP he got a HC Rank in LSPD.He became HOD OF SWAT and worked really hard so he can make the roads of los santos safe again and so there is less gang activity in the state. After spending so much time in LSPD and earning lot of experience from it he decided to go back to his homeland SAHP to conitnue his journey where he stopped .So when he get back to SAHP he met alot of his old friends as a gang member so they manipulated his mind so he decided to become a bad cop.So he work at SAHP as a good cop but truly from behind he is a bad cop. So he was always suspisous of getting caught from other law enforcment.
