Dave life story
Dave's upbringing in the Canadian outbacks involved deer hunting with his parents deeply immersed in the lifestyle. His mother, a covert U.S. spy, and his father, a notable Canadian cartel leader, provided a unique childhood. Tragedy struck when a drive-by shooting claimed Dave's father's life. This tragedy was staged because he got some insider info from one of his corrupt employees, that he would be arrested the next day if he did not fake a death. So he did not even tell his wife. To safeguard Dave, his mother, a spy, initiated intense training in firearms and law enforcement tactics, starting when he was just 14. At 16, Dave's presumed-dead father reappeared, shedding light on the cartel's operations. Unfortunately, their time together was cut short when a rival gang kidnapped and publicly executed Dave's parents on live TV, fueling his determination for revenge.
Dave career story
Dave flew to San Andreas to get a fresh start. And he got offered by an old friend of his, Mr. Reaper, a job position as a towie but Dave always climbs the ladder of command fast when he goes to an organization. So he got to master Officer 2 when he found himself meeting the wrong group of people and he followed them right into his dad's past. The gangs of San Andreas made the inner side of his dad come out and he would usually partake in kidnapping with his gang's leader or robbing old L.E.O that he knew. These made him love the enjoyment of it, but soon enough he would realize that when you cause crime you get caught. Dave was caught, but luckily an old friend of his that was in LPSD caught him so Dave cut a deal to pay him a 100k and u can go free but would also have to feed him gang info. This led to the gang raid of Ballas. After this happened, Dave started to love violence in crime. Dave began to think of a way to take his anger out. So Dave thought long and hard and went to F.I.B. This was the best decision because he got to patrol all of San Andreas. He became better there since he learned a lot. Dave got arrested when he was in F.I.B. because of corruption involving other people, but they wanted to shush him so he couldn’t complain to them. But Dave left shortly afterwards and then he went back to Canada to engage in criminal activities, but after 3 months, he came back and went to L.S.P.D. Overall these experiences have changed him and created him to be a god of crime and L.E.O. He just needs to balance them both out. He will be known for his aim, knowledge and capabilities to pull off any tasks on both sides.
Outcomes for the biography
1. Dave is allowed to partake in criminal activity at any time.
2. Because Dave's dad taught him the cartel's ways, Dave can advance and integrate people for certain knowledge or make them do what he says by using (/try commands)
3. Dave can break body cams so he won't be caught breaking the law. ( /try to search for bodycam and /do to destroy it. ) This is because his mom trained him in LEO equipment.
4. Dave can drive off-road to private spots to torture the people. (Following server rules)
5. Dave is allowed to buy gear on the black market and sell it to people. He is also allowed to use the ones he picks up on the ground. (Not including org gear)
6. Dave can take bribes up to 100k using the black-market app.
7. Dave can let go of his 10-15s to let them escape or he can modify their time in prison. He also can do the same with fines. (Because he doesn’t feel the LEO system is Fair because they never got the person who killed his father.)
8. Dave might use info that he receives through the radio or through conversations in LSPD to sell to other gangs for a good price. ( He can do this because he stole his radio off duty ie. like any event like a black market raid ghetto patrol, etc)
