Rejected Stealing a car on private property

We ware on private property, My friend is the owner of the house 79 and he ask them to live. They killed us both and steal my uninsured car from the property.
They ID: 212440, 174503
My friend ID, owner of the house 79 is 250094.

I am not sure if this is legal to do after my friend requested them to live the property.
