2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
--I have gained a lot of gang experience in gangs and I have learned how things work in the gang. I have learnt a lot of things about Gangs so I am applying for the Leader of Families gang and I am sure if I get the opportunity to lead the Gang I will make it the Best Gang in City. I want to make Families one of the most respected gangs from everyone. My main target will be to make such a strong gang that people would question themselves entering the ghetto. I'm sure I can do it if I can get the chance and will not let the curators down with my words and as I told I would Hire only hire people who know the rules and how things work in the gang but I will make a very complicated method for People to get recruited and even for rank ups there will be limited ranks and only limited people So that The Rules are followed and a High-Quality Level of RP is maintained in every situation and And, having served in top positions in multiple gangs, I have a vision and infrastructure that will aid me, as many prior leaders have failed because they attempted to lead everything on their own, which is neither good nor healthy. The most crucial key to being a successful gang is having good deputies and high command, since you need many good role models to become a good player yourself, which I wish to provide to the city's players.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
-- The role-playing in the ghetto is low due to the fact that it is a kill-on-sight zone, which has its advantages. However, I believe that role-playing during hostage situations or certain events may be substantially enhanced on both sides, as here is when the best and most pleasant role-playing occurs. Also, I believe that incorporating the submarine in every event makes the game more fun for everyone, as everyone enjoys a good fair shootout when it is required.
--I will be trying to make everyone enjoying being In gang by letting suggest to HCs What They Want to Do or Just go Ghetto Roaming with Everyone Time by Time.
-- I will focus on graffiti as well as global because turf is natural in most of the gangs and like everyone I will focus also. I will be doing every gang activity possible at every time by getting hour HCs and gang members from different time zones to make the gang active 24x7 and ready to face any situation.
