Rejected Gz 1.1 warn + jail

i got demorgan and 2 warnings (7 days) because of GZ 1.1
for my defense i was inside the operation area (yellow zone) and i shot inside it
there was a store robbery inside a green zone which i didn't pay attention to, but still i shot inside a yellow zone an armed gangster also, how come they can rob in green zone and we LSPD can't shoot them even though we are inside yellow zone... please reconsider your decision and remove all warnings and demorgan
