hello, admin team and support i hope you guys are doing well. i got banned yesterday for GR3.2, and i apologise for mistake i made. i know its not fair to break rules as it affect experience of the whole communty, this is my first time i accidently broke the rules as i was not aware about GR3.2. i apologise to whole admin team and the player to whom i abused. i want you guys to unban my account and i promise i wont break any rule further in future as i know it spoils the experience of whole community. i hope you guys will take my request and unban my account.
