me and 2 of my friend were doing ghetto clap at 18:40 and we got warning for killing people at ghetto

1.2 It is forbidden to kill/rob/kidnap/etc. before the event starts(10 minutes before), during and 5 minutes after | Warn

and there is 25 minutes difference between 18:40 and 19:05 as there was a biz war at 19:05
