2. Why do you wants to be a leader of this specific organization?

2.1
One of the reasons why I want to be the leader of Vagos is because I want to manage a gang in my way. I see many leaders not taking good care of the gang(members). A part of my objective is to take many (new) people in my gang and not only friends like some people do but all sort of people, I want everyone to feel welcome and help each other so we all have fun.

I have seen many mistakes of the leaders in the organizations but also some good things which I learned from. by using these experiences and my knowledge I believe I can be a good Vagos leader.

I have made enough knowledge of the city and the activities, I know the streets and definetly know how to work with my gang members to achieve great results. With my leadership skills I will be sure to inspire and motivate my members so we will be the most fun gang in the city, after all we are here to have a good time.


3. Your advices for improving roleplay in organization

3.1
Like I mentioned before I want to teach new or unexperienced people how to be a gang member but also take a lot of experienced people to my gang so they can teach the newbies how to be a gang member and be active.
We will have a lot of interactions with leo's, by making all sort of gang events. I am sure that in this way we will improve our roleplay even more.

3.2
I will not tolerate any violations of the rules. Any rule break will lead to kick, strikes or blacklisted from gang.
