2.1) My Intrest On Grand Rp:
Grand RP is my Passion and i will dedicate my Half a day for playing Grand RP . I will be very loyal to the citizens.
2.2) The Best Leadership Skills :
I have lots of experience in Gangs .and I have learned so many things from Gangs and I know every Rules in server . And I possess Strongg leadership skills . I am very confident in Myy ability to lead the Families as a leader .and I will provide The best opportunities For all of my coo-Members to thrive within the organization. I will prove my self and make Organization Top in The Ghetto
2.3) My Excellence in Communication skills :
Mostly i negotiate for the hostage.and lead the gang in many events. So that I think my excellence communication skills will make me Best- suited to lead the Families
2.4) roleplay Ennhancement
As a leader o f Families. I will increase the Rp by doing Multiple situation and events .
Situations are :-
(Hostage situation/Gun store/ 24/7Store / FZ Raid / Highway Robbery and some other situatioons and events ETC).
Me and my co- Gangmates will increase RP by doing this situation.

3.1) Ensure Gang Activity :
As a Leader , I will ensure that the Families actively participates in all events and situations.engaging in various situations like as store Robberies/hostage situation this scenarios to elevate the overall roleplay experience.
3.2) Rules and Regulations :
I promise you . That I ensure that the Families is not Breaking any City rules. I will be taking strict actions against any members If I found violating these rules to maintain in a positive reputation for the Gang.
3.3)my Aiming For 100% Turf:
I promise you. that I will Try my Best To Achieve the 100% Turf . And I Will Give Bonus and some Rewards To The Co-Members That Who helps to Achieve The 100% Turf
3.4) Presence in Ghetto:-
I promise you. As a Leader .That I will make Families as The most Active Gang in Ghetto . So that the citizens will Get Sweat and Fear to enter The ghetto and they Will Get Fear to Pronounce The Families Name In the city . (I will Make This Definitely)
