2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
- I want to become the leader of Sahp because i have earned a lot of experience in city from that i can manage the sahp easily and i will make sure you that if i become the leader then this will be the best term of sahp because i have some idea to improve some types of functions in Sahp also i had been high command in all leo organization.
- As i have been Assistant sheriff in sahp know that how can sahp work smoothly how to manage the staff and how to make them happy for there work and i know the saph because i became a high command by suffering on sahp from rookie and i want to help my colleagues by giving them advice what should they do for gaining more experience in the city by this they will also become a good persons in city.
- When i see the announcement that sahp is looking for a leader i see a good opportunity to became a leader and improve sahp to the best organization in the city as i have some good deputies and high command and me will make sahp the most active organization in the city by doing all the task before the given time and doing some extra then the given tasks from that i will prove my self as the good leader.
-My term departments:
1. Human Resources(H.R): They will recruit the officer in organizations also maintain the logs of all officers and check the officer logs doing good work then give them promotion.
2.Special Operation Team(S.O.T): They will do Special Operation like ghetto patrol and cannabis hunt and keep the city and ghetto clean from crime and they will give heavy weapons and air certifications.
3. Internal Affairs(IA): They will look the officers activity and keep them in order in the organization.
4. Under Cover (U.C): They will look for evidences against the gangs the help the F.I.B to raid on gangs and they will give the under cover certification for taking proofs against gangs.
5. Highway Patrol (H.W.P): They will manage the problem of highway by patrolling on highway they will give the high speed certification for patrolling.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization:
-I will increase the bonuses that will motivate the Troopers to work more hours for city and do more rp with the citizens.
-I will always personally check the officers activity if they are active i will personally promote him/her it will motivate to do more rp.
- I will attend all event in city and special operation to make the sahp rp more popular in city
- I will focus on internal rules that no one argue in each other in the organization.
- I will also take some advise from my seniors ( Honorable Curators)
