1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-Life?
1.1) i honestly say that I like This Project comparing to other Projects and games. I dedicated my half a day for Roleplay. I took this as a passion of my life . And Becoming Admin For our Lovely Project is my Dream. I have experienced every situation As a Employee of LEO and i have learned every rule Regarding our project . And Grand RP is Part of My heart. I have experienced a lot from Normal RP life. so I want to leave my Normal RP life and Become Admin For the city and to help the Citizens of Our Project. I will be very loyal and follow the Rules as admin . I once again say that I love this project and I dedicated my half a day for Roleplay and I will do my best as a admin .and Am Ready to Leave Normal RP life and To become Admin. **Thank you**

3.1) I believe my greatest Strength is that I am Extremely Self-Mottivated.
3.2) I will think Extremely while Taking any Decision.
3.3) one of my Best strength is My flexibility and that I'm Extremely Versatile.
3.4) and One Of the best and Greatest Strength is my Ability To excel in Highly pressurized situations.
3.5) And my last strength is Attention to Detail Troughout My Life
3.6) my honesty is always best policy for me so .I am Very Honest To anyone.
4. What are your weaknesses?
4.1) I am naturally shy person. So I feel fear While Talking to anyone.
4.2)I can be quite critical of my self , which can lead to negative self-talk and eventual burnout.
4.3) my overthinking.can lead to indecisiveness and missed opportunities.
4.4) Growth Of other person. is also a weakness in me .
5. What skills can you bring to the admin team?
5.1) communication skills :-
As an admin ,I will spend portion of my time communicating with our Citizens
5.2)Time Management:-
I follow the time . Time is more important. I will Be at time In the city To help our citizens.
5.3) problem solving :-
As A administrator I will solve every problem that asked by the citizens. I will make the environment in the city very Peaceful. And if I found anyone doing wrong first I will warn them if they do not respond and do the same thing again I will punish them.
5.4) strong emotional :-
I will under the citizens and My Co-Admins and follow the rules . I will not do anything wrong agaiithe rules.
6.will you be ready to sell your business? (It's restricted to have a business while you are an admin).
6.1) yes. I know that it is restricted to have business as a admin. Any way I don't have any business from first. So am Happy.
