2. Why do you want to be the leader of this special organization?
- Well...hello to all who read,I would like to become the leader of this GANG because I have a lot of experience in GANG RP life,in past RP lives I was constantly in gangs because such a part of RP is somehow the most interesting to me and there is a lot of action and competition which I like and play the most.And I know how to run an organization, and that's why I want to apply to be the leader of this organization. I was already a leader of crime organization Bloods & Marabunta on RS#1 server so i have more then enough experience with server rules and the script.
I have a lot of experience in becoming a leader. And as a leader of one of the organizations on this RP server, I would like to try to improve this RolePlay server,and I would introduce a little seriousness and loyalty to this organization because a lot of organizations are not very serious, and I think that i have all capabilties to become a leader, because I always have patience with members and whatever problems there may be, I can always solve them with good communication and without any problems and misunderstandings. In many other organizations, I was a deputy, and whenever there was no leader, i would always lead our team very well, i will lead members to events, ghettos, hostages, FZ, shop robbery, gun store, submarine, clandastine and etc. I would bring myself a team with whom I have been playing on this server since the beginning, who are very good players and people in general who have very good communication with members, and would be very helpful to the organization.
As a leader, events would be mandatory, because the events themselves improve players playing skills, and would lead them to events so that they do not think that in gangs to go only to shoot and rob in the ghetto, which is not true,other RP activities on the server that provide this special RP feeling are important...I would also like to make alliances with other gangs and be friendly with some gang and not just have beef with them.I would always make sure that all members within the organization agree, and to remove the discrepancy altogether.And also from my knowledge of the server and all the rules of the server (which I know very well) I think I would run this organization very well as a leader.
3. Your tips to improve RolePlay levels in organisation.
- Well, he would improve by putting the OOC age limit at least 15+(if a player does not have 15+, but knows the rules very well, he could make an exception), because how to say there are a lot of "children" who do not follow the rules of the server and do not stick to them or take this server seriously, and with these other players destroy all RolePlay feeling.
- Before joining the organization, I would demand that the player be at least 7+ years old in the city, and that the higher ranks or I question the player about the rules of the server and the rules of the ghetto, because I want everyone who enters this organization to know all the rules, so that there is no violation of the rules that would give the organization a bad impression.
- I have a whole turf team that I take with me to the organization, in which there are outstanding players and which organization will lead to that
to be the strongest of all,which is one of our goals of course
I'm gonna have a graffiti team, which will make sure that our gang's name is graphed all over the ghetto.
- I'll also have a special recruiting team. interrogating new members, there will be people I trust and know are capable of.
- Members in the organization will receive their ranks according to the merit and dedication to the organization, and they will receive them by going to events, hostages, when we go to the ghetto, of course activities, etc.…
- I would never throw out or reduce their ranks if they are inactive or if they do not come to events, but would only ask them to tell me on bubica the reason for not coming or the reason for not Activity (not necessarily, but would like them to do it) so that I know why they can't show up
Me and my deputies would do meetings every week, see what we were up against, and make sure everything was okay between the members.
- For every well-done hostage, submarine, robbery prodavnice...bi gave bonuses to all members who attended the event
