Before Tsunami I was AFK ( Sleeping MODE ) near my house for the whole night for Christmas Keys.
Then after Tsunami When I fly back I found out my self in DOC for exit underarrest its Clearly states that the detaining office was Matthew Blackheart | 22487

As we already know its impossible to perform any rp or script things when in sleeping mode so, here I belive ID 22487 did some Potential FORCE RP by killing me and putting me in cuff. As a while back I recall this guy doing something similier when being in LSPD to another guy

and As far OCC rule (( Rules for State 5.6 states that Leo's are required to have bodycam of any arrest the perform ))
I want the POV request should have the full POV starting from when he first even came near the radius of me.

Unfortunately as turned up you were already injured and not sleeping so I went ahead with the arrest as you were wearing a balaclava.
