Event Backstory:- The event would start by seeing the backstory of Mr. Hulk who is a well-known Federal Agent known for his strategic planning during situations which makes the state section much stronger and well-coordinated and makes it harder for gangs to continue with their criminal activities, they have got the info by their corrupt informer who revolves around FIB as a corrupt agent, he has informed gangs that Mr. Hulk has been a big threat for this and future trouble if they managed to hunt him down it will be easier for them to go on with the criminal activities, so as per the information of the corrupt guy they got to know that Mr. Hulk will be transported from LS airport to FIB HQ with an escort after accomplishing a mission, perhaps gang's will work together to eliminate Mr. Hulk on his way to FIB HQ to inform the city how dangerous they could be to someone who goes against them, eliminating their threats. ​

How it works

State:-
- State Employees Including all orgs will be transporting Mr. Hulk from LS airport to FIB HQ safely with an escort
- Each of their units should be geared heavily
- NG should Send 2 Airforce choppers flying to scout the escort and make sure everything is safe
- Each org should have at least 10 units with LMG, 10 with Heavy sniper/shotgun, and rest with custom weapons. (No weapon restriction except Revolver)
- They need to protect Mr. Hulk from the attack at any cost to win this event
- Even if Mr. Hulk is hunted down leos still have to go on with their 10-10s and stop this terrorist attack

Gangs:-
- All gangs should be coordinating together on the date of this operation
- They should regroup near LS airport and should have their chopper have eyes on the convey
- Their main target is to eliminate Mr. Hulk on his way to FIB HQ when he will be transported with an escort.
- They should make their strategies with other gang members to execute it
- Their leader will get a call from the corrupt officer to inform them that Mr. Hulk will be on his way in 5 minutes, so they can set their strategies (Should be dealt ICLY)
- They should at least send 5 members from each gang

General Rules for all:-
- There should be only 40 members from each side. 40 from the State/40 from the Gang
- All weapons are allowed except Revolver
- There shouldn't be RDM and everything has to go ICLY
- gangs will try to stop the escort by giving pull-over demands and if they don't comply then only they can shoot and Car ramming is not allowed
- State can only shoot back when a gang gives a demand
- State members can't run away leaving everyone else on the spot with Mr. Hulk, They need to endure the attack and stop it and then save Mr. Hulk and escort him safely back to HQ with the escort.


The objective for State:- Escort Mr. Hulk safely to FIB HQ
The objective for Gangs:- Hunt down Mr. Hulk on his way to FIB HQ

Leading Org from State should be:- FIB
The leading Org from the Gang should be:- Ballas

Reward:
Verbal pass/Warn Pass depending on performance
