Yesterday I had a code a while being processed as a 10-15 in capitol and today I wake up and I see Hector Blake giving me a warning for GR 6.2 (Which I understand and okay with)

But the problem here is why I am demorganed for ( 173 minutes = almost 3 hours )

Also when I had a code a my weapons and things were on me and now they are not ??? ( Why? and How? )
