Rejected Blood gang using personal vehicles to raid FZ

There was a total of 3 vehicles left on our base. Only have the information for one now as the others have all been recalled. As you can see in the image below, Evo Eclipse is the owner, one of the others was another guy with the same surname. Can they just please be reminded they can't use personal vehicles during raids?

As I can see its not our gang member which is posted in picture. I am as leader of bloods, didn't saw anyone using personal vehicles from our side. And if possible to get more evidence?

Evo Eclipse is not with Bloods. It might have been Marabunta as we saw a couple of Marabunta cars pull up.
