National Guard you was seen blocking the entrance to the submarine event while some of the NG and other LEO's set up in place in an attempt to give the LEO's an upper hand in the event this is in violation of the Event Rule 1.13 It is forbidden to block the entrance by barricades. You must leave free pass that people can go through.
