2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1) I am playing Grand RP scince 1 year. In that one year I have gained lots of experience Form All Legal and Illegal Organizations . In this period of time I was NIGHTCRAWLER in Marabunta I have experience as HC in all Gangs .
2.2) I came to know that . Marabunta is inactive in Ghetto . So as a leader this time I want to Make Marabunta as the most powerful and Active Gang in ghetto.i want to make Marabunta On ToP.
2.3) according to my overall Gang experience. This time I want to take a chance as a Leader for Marabunta. And. I want to Give Warm Blast and fear movements to other Gangs/Leo's. Definitely I promise you that I will Make Marabunta on Top.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the Organization.
3.1) This is Strictly Followed By my HC:- If anyone Want to join Marabunta and they don't have the Basic Knowledge about the city .Defenetly we will not hire them .
3.2) Rules and Regulations:-
We will follow Propper Rules and Regulations of the server. And if we find any one breaking the rules. Then they immediately ( Fired/Blacklist) Demotion or strike. will be done.
3.3)we will make Daily More Situations.
3.4) (Definitely I will Make This) By doing Heavy situations with our Co-gangmates. The Citizens will get fear to enter Ghetto . And they will get sweat and fear to Pronounce Marabunta.
3.5) we will achieve max Turf and I will give bonus for Co-gangmates that who helps me to achieve 100% turf
