Yesterday I recieved a warning for MK (My POV).

When I recieved my warn I got the answer, that I should have used a key set to remove the cuffs, which I didn´t knew.

Also the rule is "6.13 It is restricted to kill person who is unconscious to help him to avoid RP situation(Mercy killing). | Demorgan 120 min or WARN" and in my opinion there is no ongoing RP situation as the Cops that cuffed them are already dead.

Punishment remains, the person in cuffs by itself means there is a RP going on.
