Good Morning, I hope this finds you well.
I had issues yesterday with getting my 20 Grand Coins from completing 5 hours of gameplay that day. IT was frozen and wouldn't move with the time and neither would it work for the 50 hour car(which im not worried about). However, my game time was a total of 13 HOURS!!! Just yesterday alone, I worked very hard to receive the rewards and I feel like I was cheated. I requested assistance from an admin through the Server(EN 3) and the only response he gave me was go to the forums, I asked where do I go to ask is there a certain place? no. Go to Forums.
May someone please assist with getting this fixed, or is this what I should expect when devoting that much time to this server?
I live in central region of USA, I do my best to be able to get my gametime hours in for any challenges the only reason this matters to me and I'm sorry it may not seem like an issue to you all but I only have 2 hours from the time I get off work until the time the server resets every night. I always hop on immediately after and stay on until 1-2AM here just so I know when I get on that evening I have less than the 2 hours to complete before the next server reset.
