I want to be the leader of Vagos because I am active and will be loyal to all members who will join, when someone is joined into the gang I will ask them if you have any experience I will make sure to rank them up to their good qualified rank.
I want to be the leader of Vagos because of my activity and how I dedicate to my organisation, with me being active I will make sure 3+ events will happen in one day with all members to make sure they are comfortable.
I want to be the leader of Vagos because of how dedicated I am to this position, I will always comfort our members and make them feel welcome, I will also make sure everyone will be going to events and will have good bonuses.
I will ensure that VAGOS is not breaking any city rules. I will be taking necessary actions against any members found violating these rules to maintain a positive reputation for the gang.
During my term, I will implement a thorough interviewing and acceptance system to minimise the warning rate within our organisation. Before joining, prospective members will undergo a series of 5 questions covering general rules, Ghetto rules, event rules,etc. However, before the interview, individuals will be required to present their passport and demonstrate a minimum of 8+ years in the city. I will establish a ranking system consisting of 16 ranks, which will encourage greater participation in gang events, as it will be the only way to progress within the organisation. Vagos we will aim to recruit 50+ members on the first day of our freeze and 100+ members within the first week of our term. Activity is crucial, and I will only recruit individuals who are active and knowledgeable about the rules.
3 Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1 I will do as many store robberies and raids as possible. In this way, both the police and gang sides can make good RP.
2 I will arrange people to train everyone who is a beginner to make RP without rulebreaks.
3 We will be actively present in the ghetto and keep it as active as possible.
4 I will organize as many events as possible and ensure that everyone gets plenty of bonuses and enjoys what they do.
5 I will be choosing best deputy , under deputy , and highcommands to handle the org in my absence.
