Rejected Warning for FL in GZ | Jessica Odds

Dear Alex/Mazhor or James that will review this,

I got a warning for the following thread linked.

I accept any punishment that seems fair for this Rulebreak nor do I deny that I haven't broke the rule since there is proof of it.
But speaking a FL in general or in a GZ has never been a Warning stating from the following rule: GR 3.3 All players must be able to communicate in English and IC chat must be English only.(Other languages may be used in private only if everyone who can see has agreed to it.) | Mute 120 min.
A mute is not nearly close to a warning and that felt unfair.

I am looking from the point of view of the rules. Meaning: If speaking a FL in general is a Warning from now on, the server rules should be changed. Because I won't be the last one that will be confused with this and I have been playing on this project for some time now.

I will sincerely do my best to not break the rules anymore.

using FL in RP is failRP and u get warn for it
so any communication in publics places where people RP - must be in English and ONLY
and using fl in rp is :
1 Mixing (as fl in rp considered ooc)
2 failr RP
