1-Treasure Zone starts when yellow marks appear before that you cannot give demands to anyone because its a public area.
2-He shoot because you give him demands. If someone gives you demands you can shoot him but your demands are UB.
3-You can shoot without demands when the yellow marks appears.
4-This is not Illegal redux This is not giving any sort of advantage to him only graphic redux no weapon redux.

For everybody in this thread: That zone is a protected area of the Electrician Job. There is no demands and no random shooting there. When the event starts (only when it visibly starts on your screen + parachute visible) you can instantly shoot since it is an event then. Before or after the event is done, this is just RDM and UB Demands. Stop with it!​
