My humble opinion to significantly reduce ramming in game.

1. Make cars break down a lot quicker to where you need a repair kit to drive the car again. (not just stall)
2. Make using a repair kit take about 20-25 seconds

• ID 16560 will receive a punishment for ”Car Ramming”​
• ID 16560 intentionally rammed your car multiple times which is unacceptable.​
