As clearly visible in the POV ID 43351 did OOC insult as he abused during an admin situation when Jahad was with the red tag on but he didn't punished the person on the spot i completely understand that guy is deputy but he is not a leader so i understand that deputies can be punished on the spot and then informed to the respective curator later on. kindly look into it.

Administrator got punished and person also got punished. Regarding org punishment senior curator of crime will decide on that
