1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?A. My main reason to become an admin - focus on the beginners ( age 1 to 3 years ) who are not aware of the city rules they brake lots of rules without knowing the punishment that can be given by an Admin or a LEO. I feel punishment is not a only way to make better environment of city. I help few people who get into this situation ( after punishment ) while in my RP life , but now i think that if i get a opportunity to work as an admin i can help most of them and give them a chance before getting the punishment and aware them what they are doing.
B. From beginning of my RP life i only work in legal organizations . Sometime I saw for less active employees that organization are not able to work properly , ( like EMS lobby empty or capitol gate empty ) and for that reason this orgs get warning or disband and leaders and good employees get into trouble, whether leaders of those orgs do their best to get their employees working ( give them extra bonus , every time appreciate their work with a good compliment ) . If I get curatorship of any these organization I will help the leaders in every possible way to not get any kind of warning of their organization. This is my 2nd reason to become and admin to supervise a legal org and help the leader in every situation while being a normal employee i can't help them in every situation.
