Rejected CR insulting my mom and (maybe) server insulting aswell not sure please check

this guy first CR me while i was upgrading my car and then he came back and insulted my mother and after that he said to me that i cant even cuss because of BAN i didnt cuss at anyone and then he said post the form i will get ban right what else will happen and then he said that its a nonsense game
