i got 7 days ban for GR 3.2 but there are no forums on me or any situation that proofs the do of GR 3.2, i posted 2 times forum but it get rejected for incorrected format, so can u tell me what im supposed to write to get a right format even though i read the rules of forums so in my view i dont see any wrong format


i hope to take a new decide of the punishment thank u for reading and understanding
