As you can clearly see that this guy had an illegal redux with no water waves and when he got caught for that he just asked the admin to close the forum saying that he will open forum again and the admin closed it without punishing him for the illegal redux and he did not open the forum again because he knew that he was using illegal redux and and got away from the punishment. Please punish him.
