Amy Straat, ex-EMS employee and current Gov. employee, opens the PH Parking Gate and parks their vehicle in the parking zone without informing any EMS HC or employee.

I understand Gov. employees have access to locks in EMS, but that does not mean they will abuse this power. At 2:09 in the video, Amy admits that she is not an EMS employee and thus, cannot access the entrance in PH parking, as it is obviously for employees only. The PH Parking is meant for employees and thus, she is clearly trespassing by being present there.
Also at 2:21, she again admits that she could have come from the main entrance, but still chose to be in PH parking. Clearly, an abuse of power.

upon reviewing the evidence i have decided to deny this report

gov employees have access to most doors in the city this is a system functionality i do not believe that opening a gate violates the power gaming rule if you have an issue with gov workers opening gates and trespassing you need to handle it icly and talk to the leader of gov

Powergaming (PG) - Powergaming can be defined as performing acts that are not humanlike; forcing roleplay on others without giving them a fair chance; making up things which did not happen so that you can benefit; roleplaying things which are not possible script-wise so that you can gain an unfair advantage. Roleplaying unrealistic things that wouldnt happen in the real world and not allowing others to react to your roleplay.​
