I had attended an informal. I saw a guy who was behind a vent. At first I thought that vent was not pierceable but then I saw his arms through the vents, his body was also glitched through the vents. I tried to shoot his arms and his arms a damage of 53, then I proceeded to give AR Spray and he died. I myself was surprised that the vent is pierceable and we can shoot through it. Nobody ever told me that this is not allowed and it is a bug. But then I went into GTA Online and shot my friend but he is also getting shot through the Vents. That is part of the GTA 5 Game where we are able to shoot the person behind the vents. I really didnt know that it wasnt allowed. If I did know I would have never done it. There is nowhere written or announced anywhere that it is Bug abuse. I am a very consistent player on Grand RP. I play everyday and play for more than 90+ Hours every week. Please consider this as a first mistake in this situation as not a lot of people like me know that his is bug abuse. I request you to unban me or reduce my ban period as I am grinding on the battlepass and a lot of other stuff on Grand RP. I am also engaging my self into Proper RP to make GRAND RP a better place. Please consider this as an unintentional mistake from my side and forgive me. You can clearly see my reaction in my POV Where I was surprised on this.

Here is My POV Of the situation. Ask any Indian Admin and please tell them to translate to you how I reacted in that moment. It was really unintentional and done unknowingly. I never knew that it was pierceable and it was taken as bug abuse.
