Life Story:
Kadir was born in Germany, his father was a retired soldier, kadir's father raised him as a soldier when he was a child and that's why he wanted to be a soldier or a policeman. kadir lost his mother at an early age and lived with his father. his father sometimes came home late at night drunk and started fights with he, kadir was not happy about this from what happens every day and finally made an escape plan and ran away from home. kadir started to growing up alone on the streets, he saw a police station on the street a few years later and he was very enthusiastic for become policeman. he wasted no time and made his first application and was waiting impatiently
Career Story:
After successfully completing the entrance of interview exam, kadir started working at sahp when he was 22 with the rank of towie, he had a life of his own and his happiest days were here till the sahp sherrif bullying peoples without no reason. After seeing this, he reluctantly decided to leave his favorite job, he parted ways with sahp and decided to enter lspd because he felt that people in the city needed more help and These incidents left him cold and he thought he could overcome this by joining the LSPD. he was ready to do whatever he could to help them, while continuing his career in lspd, he was unfairly and defamation by his high commands, This led to kadir forced to leave from the LSPD and created new reasons for him to join the FIB. after leaving lspd, he applied to FIB and was accepted. kadir worked a lot of time in how he would become better so he just tried to learn from everyone until he got promotion to HOD of Spec Ops, after it kadir decided to use high command powers with personal purposes and started to sell illegal drugs,weapons and others for making much more money.
Outcomes:
1- Kadir can take bribe up to 100K.
2- Kadir can use truth serum on suspects to get right information ( with /try 2 times per situation )
3- Kadir can smash and break bodycams ( with /try 2 times per situation )
4- Kadir can lie to suspects about calling a lawyer and still process them without identifying himself with the ID and without a lawyer
