Hello Mazhor,
I was permanently banned from the server on October 27th, 2023 at 6:39 pm.
2 days after my ban I wrote my complaint because I cheated 2 times 2 years ago, January 2022 to be more precise.
The complaint was rejected by Ex Chief Administrator Vincent Xozis - [LINK]. He said that Cheating 2/2 not unbannable.
After the thread was rejected, I said that I would no longer write an Unban request. A picture was sent to me through contacts, in the picture you can see an announcement from August 18th, 2023 from Justin Winter making his statement an opinion on the topic of multicheating.

According to Justin Winter, the past §4.1 bans should not contribute to the Cheating 2/2 rule.
I was banned for cheating in January 2022, the 2/2 rule or announcement didn't come until 2023
Of course I am very sorry and apologize for the abysmal misconduct that I committed back then. But that was really a long time ago, after my bans I noticed mostly positive things, worked on my behavior and let go of my past. Through my activity on DE02 with 6300+ hours and my perseverance, I was once able to lead the Ballas organization for 3 months and was able to show everyone that I had changed for the better side.
The reason why the high rank administrators found out that I was cheating back in 2022 is because I applied to be an administrator on de02 so that I could offer the best gaming experience on DE02 with the other admins - LINK - ADMIN APPLICATION
In the end I can only say that very unfortunate to ban me for a rule that didn't exist back then, I've invested a lot of time and money into it. Everything tries to make DE02 move forward, so that it ends like this. An unban would not have any disadvantages, only advantages.
I'm sorry for my poor English because I had to write the unban request / complaint with the help from translation.
