2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

I wanna be the leader of LSPD because ive seen many other leaders not taking the job serious and letting anyone in the org break rules if i become leader i am going to make sure my org takes it serious and doesn't break rules. Second, I wanna prove that i can be the best leader that the city has seen in a while ive been in LSPD neuromas times and i finally wanna be the leader and do what's right for the city. Thrid, its always been my dream to be leader of an org and i believe now is the time because ive learned all of the server rules all of the legal org rules and everything.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

For improving roleplay im going to have many different trainings for all the different divisions inside my org. I am going to make sure knew players know how to process
somebody properly and if they don't they can do proper training to learn how to do it. I'm not gonna fire every knew player that comes to my org trying to join like most
leaders would do i am going to give them a chance and see how they do.( if they know the server rules) Im going to be very hard on my officers to make sure there always doing the right things. Im also going to have tons of rp commands that the officers will use for example when connecting there pda going on duty refreshing body cam all of that. Im going to once in a while ask for bodycam of arrests to make sure they always have bodycam to ensure that its the best RP possible.
