2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
I wanna be the leader of Vagos because I want to take over 100% turfs this has always been my goal in grand RP to become leader of an org and take over 100% turfs. Second, I want to be known as the best gang leader of all time this means everything to me I don't care about what i get out of being leader I want what's best for the people in my term I have a feeling I could easily be the most active gang EN03 has ever seen. The third reason i wanna be leader is because i want more roleplay than what i have right now and i feel like the newer players aren't getting tons of RP experience they are just being killed in ghetto I'm all here to help the new players.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
For improving RP I am going to make sure everyone in the gang knows the server rules I want to get the least amount of punishments possible. Also I'm going to make sure my gang knows when to give demands and when not to and if people want a higher rank I'm going to tell them be active show me your loyal then you can get a rank up. Also I'm gonna make sure that old players aren't messing with the new players in the gang I don't care what rank they are they will be kicked i want the best roleplay for everyone and no new player to be getting bullied. For better roleplay I'm going to make it so its not nearly impossible for new players to get High Command like most gangs and orgs are right now if you put in the time and effort I will rank you up no matter how new you might be to the game. I want everyone in my org not only the top shooters in the game.
