Aufgrund von Datenschutzrechtlichen und Privaten gründen darf ich die POV vom Anfang 40er bis zum Ban Zeitpunkt nicht im Forum für jeden Öffentlich zugänglich hochladen, es wurde mir jedoch erlaubt die POV privat in einem Discord Stream zu Teilen. Wie ist die Situation zustande gekommen und was ist Passiert
Nachdem ich einen Namechange vom Namen "Hogrider Nasching" zu "Mihal Sins" bekommen habe und den nächsten 40er "01:40" angefahren bin habe ich 3 Kills gemacht und habe daraufhin die Sanktion "Multi Cheating" und dies Permanent von Joe Savage angehängt bekommen.
Mit diesem Antrag beschwere ich mich gegen Joe Savage für das Verhängen der Strafe und bitte um eine Strafminderung, damit ich weiterhin spaß auf DE03 verbringen kann.
Ich persönlich finde die Strafe unangemessen und unbedacht getroffen.
Ein Grund dafür ist das verhängen der Strafe ohne jegliche Beweismittel bzw. ohne wirklichen Verdacht für das angebliche Cheating welches ich betrieben haben solle. Ich möchte und tue nicht an Joe Savages Kompetenz zweifeln, jedoch zweifel ich wiederum an seinem Wort und seiner-, möglicherweise auch der Seriosität des ehemaligen DE03 Administrator Teams nach dem Verhängen der Strafe ohne Beweismittel wie z.B. eines PC Checks, das Anfragen einer POV etc.
In meinen ersten beiden Entbannungsanträgen aufgefasst, in dieser Beschwerde wieder erwähnt; Meine zwei ersten verweigerten PC Checks.
Ich verstehe, dass es für einen Administrator sehr "obvious" und sehr suspekt aussieht, wenn dieser meine Ban Logs durchguckt und meine verweigerten PC-Checks sieht, dennoch gab es für die beiden verweigerten PC-Checks Gründe welche auch den damaligen Administratoren sowie PC-Checkern genannt wurden.

Jedoch fand man zu den Zeitpunkten der beiden PC-Checks allein schon beim Durchsuchen vom Windows File Explorer Log meinen Nachnamen und weiteres.
Für die meisten "keine so ganz gewaltig große Sache", jedoch für mich und meiner Familie nichts was man wirklich verbreitet haben will.
In meinem 3. PC-Check wurde von einem der beiden für PC-Checkern (Joe Savage & Christoph Contro) schon erwähnt, dass ich vorher zwei verweigert hatte und sprach mich darauf an und sagte mir, dass wenn dieser, also der 3. PC-Check Negativ ausfällt, dass dies keine große Ursache ist und gab mir damit im Prinzip das "Go", dass ich weiterhin auf dem Server spielen kann ohne eine Sanktion für die beiden vorherigen verweigerten PC-Checks.
Ungefähr vier Monate sind vergangen und ich bekam die dementsprechende Sanktion welche mir 6 Monate zu Spät- und angehängt wurde, und das sogar von einem der beiden PC-Checkern. Und das ganze, obwohl mir die PC-Checker sagten, dass es nichts Schlimmes wäre, sollte der 3. Negativ ausfallen.
Sollte die Person, die den Antrag bearbeitet nach mehr wie nur dieser POV fordern, habe ich kein Problem die geforderten POVs vom ~Anfang Juli bis zum Tag der Sanktion zur Verfügung zu stellen.
Ich betone nochmals, ich sehe keinen Sinn hinterm Cheaten, das ganze macht den Kompetitiven Spielspaß kaputt und bringt am Ende des Tages rein garnichts.
