2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
First of all, I want to be a leader because I am a friendly, disciplined and rule-abiding person, because when I become a leader, I want to ensure that myself and the people in the organization are loyal to the rules and RP. I did this well when I became Families Leader. During the leading period, my activities were participating in it and we were providing good activities.
Secondly, LSPD needs a leader like me who has experience and has been a leader before, because the position of LSPD in the city is very important for all citizens and I consider myself ready for this.
Third and lastly, I am aware that many people apply for this. What separates me from the peoples who else applied is my experience and knowing how to manage well, which makes me different from other people and with the experience, and the knowledge I gained in previous organizations, I think that I am always ready to take responsibility for this.
The majority in the city supports me as a leader and sees this capacity in me. I also have this idea, as they think, and that's why I will be the leader of LSPD.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in an organization
1. the higher commands, we all agree that the people to whom I will give this authority should undoubtedly be people who have previous experience and knowledge. There will be an application form for the higher commands, and the application of the person who wants to undertake this sacred job will be examined by me personally.
2.I will make the RP better by holding joint works and meetings with the leaders in the city. My organization will always step in when the LSPD needs to participate and other organizations need the LSPD.
3.Departments within my organization will have their own bonus system, and department employees and leaders will be rewarded with our bonus system according to the effort they put in.
4.In order to keep the organization's activity at its peak, police officers will be hired on night shift and day shift. When police officers are interviewed, they will tell us which shift they are suitable for and we will hire and train them accordingly
5.I will establish departments within the LSPD. and people with previous law enforcement officer experience will be appointed as department heads. and their controls will be provided by me.
6., the most competent person after me, my deputies, will be people who have been leaders or deputy before. They are now tremendously ready for this. They will be the most authoritative people when I am not active or in the loa.
The MOST Important Departments that i would like to explain
1.Internal Affairs
The internal affairs department is the department responsible for our employees at LSPD to do their jobs well. We have to be really meticulous about this department because I need to make sure that things are going really well. For this, the logs of our police officers will be checked every day and I will ensure that our police officers who do a good job in internal affairs and deserve a bonus will receive extra payment.
2.Human Resources
Human resources will be responsible for the training and interviews of new police officers who want to join the organization. This department is very important for us because we need people in our organization who are experienced, follow the rules and are non-toxic, and human resources will recruit and train people according to these criteria when hiring them. The training will be piecemeal and daily, and the newly recruited police officers will receive their training with great discipline.
3.SWAT
SWAT apartment is a big part of the organization. This organization is an organization established personally for the security of the city and its purification from crimes. In case of any terrorist incident in the city, this organization will step in and in cases where our normal officers cannot help, the SWAT team will enter the situation and solve the problem.
4.Drug Enforcement Administration
Undoubtedly, our city is in a great fight against drugs, and I will support other city leaders and establish this department for my own organization and various operations will be carried out.
5.Parking Enforcment
Car parks and traffic rules in the city are of critical importance for Los Santos. Our newly appointed police officers will be provided with experience in this department. Based on the right granted to us by our city, illegal car parks, overspeeding cars, etc. will be ensured. will be punished and tried.
