Approved Fail RP and General Rules 6.7 I ID 8197

I was waiting with solar panels in my house. ID 8197 came in and pointed a gun at me. Then I warned him and counted backwards from 5 and he did not leave the house and went and looked at my solar panels. I killed him while he was staring at my solar panels and 5 minutes after he died he came back to my house and fired again.
