I hope this message finds you well. My name is Alberta Grand, and I am writing this formal appeal to address an unfortunate incident that has led to my account (Game ID: 329539) being banned for 9999 days without apparent justification.
On 03/01/2024, I was involved in a transaction within the game involving the purchase of "GC coins" for 1.6 million in-game cash. The agreement was to exchange 25 GC coins for the aforementioned amount of cash. Regrettably, the transaction did not proceed as planned, and I found myself a victim of a scam.
Following the rules, I transferred the agreed-upon amount of cash (1.6 million) to the other party(ID: 346902) and patiently waited for the promised GC coins. However, the other party, whom I later identified as a scammer, failed to fulfill their end of the bargain. Instead, they abruptly ran away and subsequently logged off the game, leaving me and my friend in disbelief.
To my dismay, the situation took an unexpected turn when I, the victim of the scam, received a ban of 9999 days from an admin named Alex_Odds. I have attached a recording of the entire incident from my point of view to this appeal as evidence supporting my claim.
I kindly request the Senior Admins and Grand RP Management to review the provided evidence and reconsider the decision to ban my account. It is my sincere belief that the focus of any punitive actions should be on the perpetrator of the scam rather than the victim.
