Jake Leng is a 31-year-old USSS Deputy Director who enjoys helping others, playing sports, and hunting.
Jake grew up in a lower-class family, always scrapping for food and money to be able to survive.
Because his family was always scrapping by the barrel, Jake took it up upon himself to support his family the best he could, this meant doing odd jobs for shady people.
A lot of these jobs would involve some criminal activity that would always make Jake do things that impacted his moral compass and made him grow colder and colder by the day.
One day when Jake was 21, a big-time street boss approached Jake and offered him a job where he would have to transport a large sum of cocaine.
At first, Jake was a spectacle but when the street boss offered Jake $100K to do it, Jake could not refuse as he knew that money would help his family.
While in the middle of doing the job cops swarmed him and demanded he open the truck he complied and had to be arrested, when he pleaded to the judge to please show him mercy the judge gave him 5 years in prison.
whilst in prison he later found out that the judge, the cops, and everyone involved in his imprisonment was on the street boss's payroll and that he was set up to take the fall.
At this point, Jake had lost complete faith in the government, the judicial system, and those who were supposed to take care of them.
Career Story:
When Jake finished his time in prison, his brother who always saw how Jake suffered to help support their family and make sure there was food on the table and clothes to wear offered him a job at Goverment as a Commander under Maze term.
To make sure Goverment would not find out about his record his brother knew a guy who could erase his criminal record and make it look as clean as a whistle.
Not long after he joined, Jake proved to be very skilled for this type of work and quickly climbed through the ranks, achieving the Deputy Director of USSS position.
One day Jake Leng was arresting someone however during this arrest the 10-15 offered Jake $50k to release him, at first Jake refused but then he realized that being in Goverment was not enough money for him so he ended up accepting the offer and he did not regret it as his moral compass was already destroyed and his hunger for money grew everyday.
After this incident, Jake decided to move to LSPD in Billy Booth's term and because of his vast experience in SAHP and FIB he was quickly offered and accepted the position of DHOD of IA, he spent multiple terms in LSPD before ultimately returning to SAHP in JayJay Lees terms where he was offered and accepted the position of Chief of IA and later promoted to Chief of Staff of IA in which he used this powerfull position to accept more and more bribes and because of his position, no one would ever know he was not as clean as he said he was.
Outcomes:
1) Jake can take bribes (up to 100k).
2) Jake can use truth serum on suspects to get true information. (/try 2 times per situation).
3) Jake can smash and break bodycams. (/try 2 times per situation)
4) Jake can sell/buy drugs and weapons at Black Market.
5) Jake can help his friends or family members in any situation.
6) Jake can kill people on/off-duty if they don’t want to follow his demands (GR 6.15 – With RP reasons).
7) Jake can have the ability to frighten and disrespect anyone as gang members do (Keeping in mind toxicity, Gen 6.10 and 6.19)
8) Jake can perform illegal actions with his family and friends.
