I have been placed in demorgan for RDM against ID: 335679. He has been none stop harassing my family over the past few days. Breaking NLR and flirting with a 14 year old girl in my family when he is a lot older.
In the footage uploaded you can clearly hear me telling him to go away several times before shooting him but he does not budge.

I will attach the proof of him breaking NLR and harassing.
