Upon reflection, I recognize that that the name change mistake which i did as deputy was very big and now i understand that why. I take full responsibility for my actions and understand that they were not in line with the standards and expectations set forth .
In efforts to address and prevent such occurrences in the future, I am taking proactive steps towards self-improvement . I value the role of a deputy and the responsibility that comes with it.
I respectfully request a reconsideration of my status on the deputy blacklist. I am open to any conditions or probationary measures deemed necessary to demonstrate my commitment to upholding the standards expected of a deputy.
